The Managing Director of Hari Darshan Group, Mr. Nagdev vehemently believes that value is built with the passage of time and with consistent efforts. In his view, a business is about value creation and a brand is about value addition.
Mr. Nagdev asserts that small and mid-size companies must realize that business is more than trading, sale, purchase, processing, or simply put transactional aspects. A Business has to go beyond and be enriching and giving in nature. We need to ask ourselves a question, can our business enrich lives? What can or what must our business do for the society and environment. Goldy calls this the “Giving” aspect and sees this as an investment in creating not just a better business but a beautiful business.
